Getting here

PLANE. There are two options for getting from Vaclav Havel Airport to the Institute of Czech Literature CAS.

(1) Taxi (approx. 25-30 EUR) / Uber (approx. 20 EUR) - the ride takes 20-50 mins. depending on current traffic situation.
(2) Public transport: the best way is to take bus no. 119 > stop Divoká Šárka and then transfer to tram no. 26 > Masarykovo nádraží (approx. 50 mins.). The tickets (approx. 1.50 EUR for 90 mins. transit ticket valid for both bus and tram) may be bought in the machine at the airport bus station (payment by cash or card). (Don't forget to validate your ticket once you enter the bus.)

TRAIN. The main train station is located about 10-15 mins. walking from the institute (see map below). (If the main train station is not immediately visible on the map, please zoom in - it may be hidden behind the venue for reasons of scale.)
