The map displays toponyms found in the PoeTree corpora. These were detected using various Named Entity Recognition tools (including Name Tag 2, spaCy, and GPT-4-Turbo) and manually linked to Wikidata entries. So far only PoeTree.cs and PoeTree.sl are tagged in full and authors born after 1700 are tagged in PoeTree.it.

Among others, the map enables:

• display poem titles and their texts by clicking on respective datapoints
• filter by the authors' birth
• filter by authors' names
• create custom layers (even across corpora)
• export data in PNG, JPEG or JSON
